Message	Loosen the Rack Clamps.. Do a little wiggling and finessing to get the shafts closer together.. I had to loosen my Cross Member a few more turns than I was Comfortable doing to get things loose and willing to find Home.. But Eventually it all found it's own center.. And Clamped up Cj
